He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Howard and Ezza Howard (Allen); and his siblings, Dallas Howard, Dayton Howard, Hayden Howard, Virgie Lafferty and Myrtle Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Gossman; his children, Paul Howard (Bobbi Jo) of Dunkirk, Pam Howard of Williamstown and Sara Howard of Van Buren; his grandson Cody Howard; and his brothers, Ed Howard of Hertinger and Robert Howard (Judy) of Lakeview.
