He is survived by: his children, James Kenneth Kelley, Jr. (Terri), Jeffery Alan Kelley (Dianna), Rose Delancey (Rodney), Shari Lynn Smith (Timothy), Susan Wilson of Virginia and Kenny Wayne Skinner (Kim); his grandchildren, Benjamin, John, David, Glenn, Heather and Bobbie; and his siblings, Charlotte Hickman, Betty Showalter and Lawrence Kelley. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
