She was predeceased by: her parent Alvin "Jack"; her husband Hayward Butler; and her daughter Jackie. She is survived by: her parent Lucy McWilliams Anderson; her son Daniel Lee Butler of Parkersburg; her brother Steven Anderson of Parkersburg; and her aunt Alma McWilliams of Williamstown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
