It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl L. Phillips of Williamstown, Ohio, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Phillips and Fay Pugh Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Bennett; and his sons, Carl L. Phillips (Jennifer) of Parkersburg and Scott Phillips (Jessie) of Williamstown. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
