He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Clyde Lochbaum and Stanley Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Bill Buskirk of Florida and Cathy Spencer (Todd) of Williamsport; his siblings, Mistry Buskirk, Daniel Spencer and Samuel Arledge; and his grandmother Pollie Lochbaum. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; and numerous friends.
The family is grateful for all the condolences, but declines any flowers or donations at this time.
