He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Fullen and Mary Fullen (Phillips); his wife Onda Jean Fullen (McCoy); his siblings-in-law, Loretta Fullen and Ronnie McCoy; and his goddaughter Tiffany Wright Elster.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Fullen (Marla) and Tami Johnson (Andy); his grandchildren, Corey James Fullen (Caroline), Caleb Thane Fullen (Jenelle Cheyne), Abbie Jean Noble, Christopher Paul and Holly Marie Riegel; his siblings, Ethel Fullen Guy, Carlene Francis (Jerry) and Martin Fullen (Taunya); his goddaughter Tara Wright Stevens; and his close friends, Wayne and Janet Wright. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
