He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Alfred" and Sylvia Johnson (Williams). He is survived by: his daughters, Greta Bowman (Eric), Sarah Anne Johnson (Coulton West) and Emma Lynne Johnson; the mother of his children Teresa McKie; and his fiancée Elizabeth Holden.
