She is survived by: her parents, James McCoy and Dorothy McCoy (Yeager); her husband Steven Earl Fullen; her children, Jeffrey Earl Fullen (Marla) and Tamra Jean Johnson (Andy); her grandchildren, Corey James (Caroline), Caleb Thane Fullen, Abbie Jean Noble, Christopher Paul and Holly Marie Riegel; her nieces, Lisa Bailey and Gina Shaw (Trent); and her daughters, Tara Stevens and Tiffany Elster.
