She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Dearth and Hyacinth Dearth (Catchpool); her husband Carroll Cook; and her brother John W. Rolland Dearth. She is survived by: her children, Carroll L. Cook, Jr., Daniel L. Cook (Debbie) and John A. Cook (Judy); her grandchildren, Jamie E. Schaal (Jeremy), Holly C. Slusher (Matthew) and John R; her great grandchildren, Jude Schaal, Lily Slusher, Joshua, Madison and Emily Cook; and her sister Diane Bennett (Bill).
