He was predeceased by: his sisters, Ruth Schleich, Margaret Arnett, Clara Jo Reeser and Wanda Hettinger. He is survived by: his spouse Pamela K. Plummer; his son Brian Williams of Mt; his daughter-in-law Stacey Williams of Mt; his daughter Angie Bowsher of Orient, OH; his son-in-law Don Bowsher of Orient, OH; his grandchildren, Hunter Bowsher, Cassidy Williams and Josie Williams; his brother Jerry Williams of Clarksburg; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Williams of Clarksburg and Robert Reeser; and also, Barbara O'Neal, John O'Neal of Hallsville, OH, Pam Dignan and John Dignan of Vandalia, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
