She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ann Garrett and Dusty Lee Puffinbarger (Sue Ann); her grandchildren, Justin Varney, Ryan Puffinbarger and Brittany Hedges (Forrest Osbourne); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Forrest Osborne and Lena Opal Osborne; her sister-in-law Nancy Weller (Sam); her sisters, Nancy Speakman and Nell Mowery (Benny); and her half-siblings, Lori Scott (Victor) and Wayne Chester (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
