He was predeceased by: his parents, George Justice and Olive Justice (Shuster). He is survived by: his wife Cinda Justice (Anderson); his children, L. Michael Justice (Kelly), Chris Justice (Becky) and Tad L. Justice; his grandchildren, Emily Kurcz (Matt), William Anderson Justice, Evan Justice, Jordan Foshey (Trevor), Caroline Justice, Jake Justice and Ty Justice; and his great grandchild Audrey Kurcz.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Pickaway County MRDD or Emmett Chapel Church.
