He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Palmer and Lois Palmer (Douglas). He is survived by: his close friend Dave Tuggle; his wife Jahne Palmer (Shanks); his children, Eric (Jan), Marc Palmer (Amie) and Shelby Shipley (Duane); his grandchildren, Frank, Joni, Daniel, Max, Jacob and Madalyn; his great grandchild Josh; his brother Charlie Palmer (Becky); and his pets, Jake and Jackie.
