He is survived by: his significant other Florence Bivens (Flo); his son Donald Bivens Jr.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Masterson, Tiffany Picklesimer (John), Tristin Bivens, Taylor Bivens and Dylan Bivens; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Masterson, MaKenzie Masterson, Moleigh, Malorie Picklesimer, Parker, Lincoln Herdman, Daryk Jr., Logan, Eleanor and Harleigh West; and his great great grandchildren, Adler Masterson, Kyleigh, Kameron and Kennedy Krick.
