She was predeceased by: her brother Stephen. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Azbell and Audrey Azbell; her husband Jan; her sister Diane Poling (Kenny); her children, Janna Sailor and Andrew Hurd (Diane); and her grandsons, Jacob, Jason Sailor, Isaac, Logan and Adam Hurd.
