She was predeceased by: her brother Keith Kepner; and her grandson Konner Alexander Fetters. She is survived by: her parents, Nancy Lee Slater (Bishop) of North Port, Florida and Kenneth Fredrick Kepner (Beverly) of Stone, Florida; her husband David Kohta of Williamsfield, Ohio; her son Derick R. Fetters (Sarah) of New Lyme, Ohio; and her granddaughters, Jordyn and Addyson.
