He is survived by: his wife Victoria Mills; his brother Ricky Mills; his sons, Eric Mills, Mark Mills and Michael Mills (Heather); his siblings, Vicky Gray, David Mills and Johnny Sam Showalter Jr.; and his nephew Joe Leath. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
