She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Shearer and Fannie Shearer (Carter); her husband Vanard Fain; her daughter Joyce Gayle Cierley; and her siblings, Edward Shearer, Norton Weil Shearer and Margaret Woodward.
She is survived by: her children, James Martin Fain (Kaye) of Goshen, Shirley Kay Barton (Ray) of Florence, Donna Jo Stout (Raymond) of Winchester, Harold David Fain (Barbara) of Georgetown and Lori Jeanne Kingsolver (Patrick) of Mt; her son-in-law Donald Cierley of Williamsburg, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Gary Cierley (Jenny), Tonia Moore (Scott), Melissa Jones, Tammy Heminger (Wayne), Tim Fain (Kim), Eric Fain (Kelly), Lisa Jonas (Mike), JJ Jonas (Todd), Mindi Campton (Duane), Matthew Stout (Kathy), Gina Jones (Theron), Dylan Fain (Nikki), Christi Hacker (Chris) and Shawn Kingsolver (Traci). She is also survived by 33 great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
