He is survived by: his spouse Illa Kay Shields; his daughter Rhonda Shields; his siblings, Gloria Fahrlender, Linda Rath, Thomas Shields, Debbie Moore and Randy Shields; his grandchildren, Drew Shields, Coral Luke, Robby Luke, Ella Luke and Emma Luke; and his great grandchildren, Luke Ford and Gracie-Mae Ford.
