She was predeceased by: her spouse Medford Louis Duncan. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Haven, Dennis Duncan (Conita), Jeffrey A. Duncan (Kim) and Sheila Crum; her siblings, Donald Hart, Annie Joe Bush (Jimmy) and Willie Jean Hart; and her grandchildren, Angie Keeley (Ryan), Bret Duncan (Bonnie), Kelly Johnston (Alex), Steven Duncan (Stephanie), Clayton Crum and Colin Duncan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In order to safeguard our family and friends the family prefers those in attendance to please wear mask.
