She was predeceased by: her father Stanley; her husband William Clements; her children, Kathy Ann Clements and Dewayne Clements; and her siblings, Joyce Crew, Margretha Luttrell, Herlin, C. W. and Cleo Cain.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Clements (Dianne) of Georgetown, OH, Jackie Clements (Susie) of Mt. Orab, OH and Marlene Fox (Darin) of Williamsburg, OH; her grandchild Fifteen; and her siblings, Jimmy Cain of Hustonville, KY and Emma Vorbroker of Liberty. She is also survived by Fifteen Great Grandchildren.
