He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martin Tom and Barbara Gallagher; his wife Diane Gallagher; and his siblings, Dennis Gallagher, Dan Gallagher, Kay Gallagher, Pat Gallagher, Maureen Sallee, John Gallagher and Barbara Birkley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

His family requests in lieu of flowers memorials in his honor be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45229.
