Waters; his great grandchildren, Trent, Emma Thomas, Brady, Faith Luers and Joseph R. Waters, IV; his sisters, Joanne Koester of Cincinnati, Ohio and Martha Knecht of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Herbert "Bud" Fleming (Judy) of Williamsburg.
