He was predeceased by: his parents, Walbert Duvall and Virginia Duvall. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Duvall; his children, John Duvall (Nikkole), Jamie Duvall and Matthew Duvall (Danielle); his grandchildren, Jake Hilvert, Jillian Duvall, Madeline Duvall Moncada, Cameron Duvall, Ariel Duvall and Hazel Duvall; and his siblings, Sandra Kasserman and Jackie Deaton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
