He is survived by: his children, Arthur Lee Fletcher, Richard D. Fletcher, Katherine Louise Fletcher, Roxanna Pearl Fletcher, Javon Fletcher, Jashawn Fletcher, Matthew D. Fortner, David A. Fortner, Mike Mills and Brian Mills. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
