She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruce Neat and Ethel Mae Neat (Gordon); and her sister Beverly Long. She is survived by: her husband Roger Fithen; her children, Jeff Fithen (Jenny), Amy Fithen, Mamaw of Cole Fithen and Zoe Fithen; and her siblings, Jan Ritchey, Ron Neat (Roma), Bill Neat, Sylvia Hezler and Tim Neat.
