It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Powell (Williamsburg, Ohio), who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Joseph Powell; and her parents, Floyd Watson and Sarah Watson. She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Powell; her children, Mike Powell (Renee) and Jenny Powell-Crumrine (Rich); and her grandchildren, Andrew Powell, Matthew Powell, Jacob Powell, Daniel Powell, Nicholas Powell, Joey Crumrine and Maddie Crumrine.
