He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Griffis Jr., Missy Gelter (Tony), Brian Griffis (Jennifer) and Dawn Fridel (Chris); his grandchildren, Jimmy Griffis III, Steven Gast, Ashley Salpietro (Joseph), Jacob Griffis (Briseida), Dakota Nehus (Marci), Matthew Griffis, Samuel Griffis, Kayla Yaden (Michael) and Zachary Fridel; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Carter, Korben and Kayden. He is also survived by his family and friends.
