Cooper (Osborne); his son James Cooper, Jr. (Tina) of Williamsburg, Ohio; his siblings, Jeanie Kellerman (Steve) of Inverness, Linda Lacey of Goshen, Patricia York of Batavia, Ohio and Henry Paul Cooper of Auburn; his grandchildren, Megan Kenney (William) of Columbus and Logan Sutherland (Alaina) of Columbus; and his great grandchild Tappan Logan Kenney of Columbus, Ohio..

During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and the family requests facial coverings to be worn.
