He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stillings and Lula Stillings (Tompkins); and his siblings, Lillie Mae Stillings, James Stillings and Mike Stillings.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Wellman; his children, Melissa Dickson (Robert) and Frank "Junebug" Stillings Jr.; his grandchildren, Mike Rigdon Jr. (Elisha) and Grace Stillings; his great grandchildren, Steven Rigdon, Wyatt Rigdon and Silis Lamar; and his sisters, Virginia "Jenny" Bentley and Patricia "Tricia" Bentley.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Frank's honor.
