She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Cox and Martha Mae Cox (Neal); her husband Clarence Evans, Sr.; her granddaughter Tisha Watters; and her siblings, William Cox, Tommy Cox, Hazel Cox and Nancy Cox.
She is survived by: her sons, Ed Evans (Carla) of Fayetteville and Bill Watters of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Derek Evans (Brooke) of Goshen, Jessica Watters of Troy, Tonya Watters of Hillsboro, Kyla Watters of Williamsburg and Logan Daniel Watters of Milford; and her siblings, Earl Cox of Goshen, Lillie Deatherage of Blanchester, Anita Lewis (Stephen) of Milford and Audrey Cox of Blanchester. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
