She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Keefer Conner and Lillian Conner. She is survived by: her husband James H Wagner of Williamsburg; her children, Butch Wagner (Linda) of Sardinia, Ricky A Wagner of Zepher Hills, FL and Regina Stetson of Brooksville, FL; and her sister Margaret Bell of Kenwood, OH. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
