He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Godbey Bastin and Helen Fritz Bastin; his wife Kathleen Mary Doogan; his son Daniel Joseph Odes Bastin; and his brothers, Charles Bastin (Sherry Hogan) and Wayne Bastin (Tina Marino). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
