He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rumsey (Nee Dodson); his children, Alicia Rumsey-Manson (Greg) of Mason, Rebecca Rumsey of Batavia, Jesse Rumsey of Williamsburg, Michael Rumsey of Williamsburg, Amy Rumsey-Riedel (Connor) of Mt. Vernon, Caleb, Samantha Rumsey of Lawrenceburg and Jared Rumsey (Rachel) of Omaha, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Stevie, Bella, Sierra, Quinn, Hallie, Sadie, Theo and Elowen; and his siblings, Diane Feagans (Rob) of Milford and Phil Rumsey (Jackie) of Maineville, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
