He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Kathleen Daniel; his son Joseph Michael Daniel; his stepson James Logan (Holly); his grandchild Parker Logan; his siblings, Clayborn Daniel, Jr. (Karen), Richard Michael Daniel (Louise), Zera Dunn (Tommy) and Samuel Saylor, Jr.; and his parents, Clayborn Daniel Sr. and Edna Saylor (Griffith).
