He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mills; his children, Allen Mills (Stacy) of Batavia, Michelle Bradford (Chad) of Bethel and Greg Mills (Nacole Hesler) of Reading, Ohio; and his brother James Mills (Bobbie) of Cincinnati, Ohio.. He is also survived by grandchildren; his 1 adored great grandchild.
