He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett and Helena Margaret Inlow (Ernst). He is survived by: his wife Syble Inlow (Tankersley); his son Charles Russell Inlow; his stepchildren, Marlene Henize and Scottie Tincher; and his grandchildren, David, Katlyn and Cody.
