He was predeceased by: his parents, William Riley and Bertha Marie McBride (New); his wife Gladys McBride (Widner); and his brothers, Bobby and Linn McBride.
He is survived by: his children, Earlinn McBride of St. Bernard, Ohio and Anthony Wayne McBride of Ison, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Sylvanus McBride, Devin John Waters and Brandy Lynn Waters; his great grandchildren, Delilah Waters, Weston Waters and Sylvanus McBride, Jr.; and his sister Alice Vernatter of Williamsburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
During the visitation and funeral service, social distancing will be observed and facial coverings will be required.
