She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Rice. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Boothby; her son-in-law Allen Boothby; her grandchildren, Deborah Doyle (Dave), Allen Jr. (Kelly), Dodie and Herb; her great grandchildren, Allison Butler (Jamie), Anna Butts (Jared), Darren Boothby (Heather), Gabrielle Plato (Andrew), Sophia, Mckenna and Molly; and her great great grandchildren, Jayne, Christian, Elijah Butler, Jensen, Addysen Butts and Leah Boothby. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to be given to the Williamsburg EMS, 915 West Main Street, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176.
