He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ratliff and Minnie Ratliff; his siblings, Garry Ratliff, Elizabeth Sherwood and Louella King; his niece Kathy Greer; his nephew Ryan King; and his godson Ryan Wasniak.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ratliff (O'Brien); his children, Jason Ratliff (Dawn) and Jamie Krabill (Bill); his grandchildren, Nicholas Ratliff, Taylor Ratliff and Olivia Krabill; his sister Carol Eastman; his siblings-in-law, Mick O'Brien (Sandi) and Ann Ratliff; his niece Kelly Hicks; and his nephew Tom O'Brien. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (202 W Maple St, Willard, OH 44890). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
