He is survived by: his children, William J. Sampson of Willard and Miranda Vice (Mandy) of Willard; his grandchildren, Meggen Sampson of Mansfield, Deric Cobb (Zulema) of Dover, TN and Abagail Vice of Willard; his great grandchildren, Ryker Cochran, Tucker Cobb, Bryson Perkins, Rowen Cochran and Adalynn Cobb; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Sampson (Barb), Mark Sampson (Sarah), Jim Sampson (Joyce), John Sampson, Little Bill, Karen Garland (Owen), Racheal Sampson and Charlie Schultz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
