He was predeceased by: his father Rudolph Holthouse; and his wife Carol F. Buurma. He is survived by: his sons, Kevin S. Holthouse (Kathy) of Willard and Kirk S. Holthouse (Deborah) of Willard; and his grandson Mitchell Holthouse (Megan Miller) of Willard.
