He is survived by: his mother Agustina Fajardo Gallegos (Gracie Maldonado); his children, Rodolfo Maldonado (Samantha) of Strongsville, Elizabeth Maldonado (Marion Zaugg) of Willard and Rebecca Maldonado of Willard; his grandchildren, Isabella Maldonado, Cristiano Maldonado and Douglas Dennis III; his siblings, Felicitas Maldonado Fajardo of Mexico, Victoria Maldonado Fajardo (Asencion Flores) of Mexico, Noe Denova (Lucy), Jesus Denova (Mari) of Mexico and Angelica Sanchez Fajardo of New Jersey; and his sister-in-law Maria Maldonado of Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
