He was predeceased by: his parents, James Preston and Ruth Colley. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sue Colley (Emmons); his children, Richard Colley II (Sonya) of Westerville, Ohio and Margaret Elsea of Willard, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Preston Elsea and Cecilia Bonnie Colley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Willard Moose Lodge (220 Walton St. E., Willard, OH 44890).
