He was predeceased by: his parents, George Salazar Sr. and Maria D. Luevano; his uncle Joel Luevano; and his cousin Bella Moya. He is survived by: his brothers, George Salazar Jr. and Adam Salazar (Summer Perez); his nieces and nephews, George R. Salazar and Meadow Salazar; and his grandparents, Jose, Maria Luevano, Josue Salazar and Linda Salas. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
