He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his sons, Michael (Amanda), Bryan (Melissa) and Alex; his stepsons, Cody Grundish and Matt Grundish; his grandchildren, Mason, Destiny, Kaytie, Layla, Breck, Kameron, Harper, Samantha and Mackenzie; his mother Phyllis "Dawn" Sheidler; and his siblings, Debbie Carter and Bill Holden.
