He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Allen and Virgie Allen (Bailey); and his siblings, Kenny Allen and Fern Rotger. He is survived by: his wife Nada Lavon Allen (Kennard); his sons, Marcus Allen Jr. (Janet) of Loudonville, Mike Allen (Anita) of Tiro and Greg Allen (Sherry) of Perrysville, Ohio.; his granddaughters, Whittney Wink, Chandra Baumer, Kayla Morton and Amanda Lewis; and his sisters, Brenda Cramer of Willard, Shirlene Garrett of Plymouth and Joyce Fike of San Diego.
