He is survived by: his children, Jon Moomaw (Sally) of Canton, OH, Becky Davis (Jeff) of Bellville, WI and Barbara Graham (Fred) of Willard, OH; his granddaughters, Emily Davis of Cincinnati, OH, Katie Graham (Andrew Healy) of Malvern, PA and Laura Meltzer (Ben) of Madison, WI; and his great grandchild Aria Meltzer.
