Larry Hershiser Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Hershiser of Willard, Ohio, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Almon Hershiser and June Hershiser (Hart); his daughter April Dawn; his siblings, Shirley Roeder (Gene), Almon Hershiser (Fern), David Hershiser (Wanda), Ronald Hershiser (Geraldine) and Marvin Hershiser (Irene); his brothers-in-law, Dusten Dotson (Leo) and Robert Dotson; his nephews, James Hershiser, Kelly Kimble, Mike Kimble, Paul Dotson and Kim Hershiser; and his niece Connie Dials.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle Hershiser (Dotson); his son Dwayne Hershiser (Shelley) of Willard; his grandchildren, Brittney Wayman (Andrew Getchey) of Willard, Breighton Hershiser of Willard and Blaine Hershiser (Lauren Ferrell) of Wooster; his great grandchildren, Amariah, Zayden and Breanna; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Dotson and Fran Dotson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home (202 W Maple St, Willard, OH 44890). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
