He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Waggoner (Bambauer); and his parent Beulah Waggoner (McKenzie). He is survived by: his sons, John Waggoner II of Attica and Joseph Waggoner (Yen) of Plainfield, IL; his grandchildren, McKenzie Rosemond (Drew) and Joshua Waggoner (Cassie Morales); and his great grandchildren, Nora Rosemond and Thoedore Rosemond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Tom's name can be made to the Elks Cerebral Palsy fund.
